What is Customers Now Club PMA?

Customers Now Club (CNC) is a Private Member Association (PMA). That means our services, tools, and resources - including the Trusted Agent Engine - are provided in the private as an agreement between members - living, breathing men and women - not in the public as a commercial enterprise.

Member status establishes a private agreement where we serve one another as free people choosing to work together in honor.


What Does This Mean for You?

By joining as a member, you comprehend and acknowledge that:

  • Our relationship exists between free people, in the private, member to member. All services are delivered as an agreement between members, not as commercial transactions in the public.

  • All services provided by Customers Now Club - including marketing systems, communication tools, automation platforms, AI technology, advertising management, and web properties - are delivered between members in the private.

  • Your member status includes access to advanced business systems such as custom landing pages, verified agent profiles, dedicated communication lines, lead management systems, AI-powered response tools, and advertising campaign support - all provided in the private to support your success.

  • Any disputes or concerns are handled in the private between members under the terms of the Association, not through public courts unless we both voluntarily choose that path.

  • Your data, communications, and participation are protected in the private. This includes your business information, client interactions, advertising data, lead information, and all communications processed through Association systems.

  • You're free to walk away and withdraw your member status anytime if you no longer wish to participate.

In short, member status keeps everything in the private, values-driven, and focused on mutual benefit rather than outside control.

Important Clarifications About Services

Advertising & Lead Generation

When you use the Trusted Agent Engine's advertising support:

  • You maintain direct relationships with advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). You pay these platforms directly for ad spend.

  • CNC provides campaign strategy, setup, creative assets, and optimization support as a benefit of member status, but we do not act as a licensed agency operating in the public.

  • All advertising is done in your name, with your accounts. We assist members in the private with campaign management as part of the Association's services.

  • All leads generated belong to you exclusively. We never share, resell, or distribute your leads to other members or third parties.

Technology & Communication Tools

  • Dedicated phone numbers, AI responders, and communication tools provided through the Association are for member use only and operate in the private between members.

  • Landing pages, profiles, and web properties created through Association systems are member-owned assets delivered as part of services in the private.

  • Data privacy is paramount. Your business information, client data, and communications are protected in the private and never sold or shared outside the Association.

Professional Services

  • CNC does not provide professional advice in regulated fields (legal, tax, accounting, insurance underwriting, etc.). Members are responsible for their own professional licensing and compliance in their respective industries.

  • Members remain independently responsible for their professional conduct, licensing, and compliance with applicable laws in their industry.

  • Trusted Agent Engine provides marketing and business systems support - not insurance advice, underwriting, or licensed insurance services.

About the PMA Structure

Q: Does joining mean I'm outside of public law?
A: No. Member status means your interactions with CNC are handled in the private between members, not as commercial transactions in the public. But you still live in the world and remain subject to public law in your everyday life. You're also responsible for your own professional licensing and compliance in your industry.

Q: Can I leave if I change my mind?
A: Absolutely. You're free to walk away anytime by letting us know in writing. Once you leave, you'll lose access to services provided to members, but you keep full ownership of any leads and data you generated while a member.

Q: What happens if we disagree about something?
A: We handle it in the private between members, respectfully, and focused on honoring the agreement. If we can't work it out and both of us agree, then we could take it into the public courts - but that would be a mutual decision.

About Data & Privacy

Q: How does this protect my information?
A: Your information and data are protected in the private - between members, not exposed in the public. CNC doesn't sell or trade your information. Ever. We only use it to support your member status and help you grow. This includes:

  • Your business contact information

  • Client and lead data you process through our systems

  • Your advertising strategies and campaign data

  • Communications handled by AI responders and automation

  • Everything stays yours and in the private unless you explicitly say otherwise.

Q: Who owns the leads I generate?
A: You do. 100%. All leads from campaigns you run are exclusively yours. CNC never shares, resells, or gives your leads to anyone else. The private framework means your business data stays yours.

Q: What happens to my data if I leave?
A: You keep it. You own your leads, client data, and business information. You can export everything before you go. You'll lose access to the systems (landing pages, phone numbers, AI tools, etc.), but your data remains yours.

Q: Do I have to be a member to access services?
A: Yes. Everything is provided in the private between members only. That's what keeps it all out of the public domain and protects everyone.

Q: Why not just run this in the public as a regular business?
A: The PMA structure gives us freedom to innovate and serve you without outside interference. It protects your privacy, lets us focus on results over regulations, and ensures we can deliver cutting-edge systems that actually help you succeed.

Q: Do you manage my advertising accounts?
A: We provide strategy, setup help, creative assets, and optimization support as a benefit of member status. But you keep control of your own ad accounts and pay the platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) directly. We work together as members in the private, not as a commercial agency operating in the public.

Q: Are the AI agents lawful and compliant?
A: The AI communication tools (Lead Responder and Follow-Up Agent) are provided as services between members in the private. But you're the licensed professional responsible for making sure you use them in compliance with laws in your industry (TCPA, insurance regulations, etc.). We give you training and best practices, but compliance is ultimately on you.

Q: What about HIPAA and insurance regulations?
A: CNC provides business systems and tools between members in the private. You're the licensed insurance agent or broker, so you're responsible for your own compliance with HIPAA, state insurance laws, and professional standards. Our systems are secure, and can be set up to support your compliance needs, but you're in charge of how you use them.
